BOCKANGE SHELTER
A remarkable shelter with a defensive barracks, offices, armored doors and crenellations in Piblange.
This structure is located in the woods, about 300 meters from the departmental road that goes from Boulay to Bockange. It was a rectangular concrete block, 30 meters long, with two levels, and included a defensive barracks for two infantry sections. The Bockange shelter was composed of the officers' offices, the telephone exchange connected to the buried cables, the radio station, a transceiver station, an electric power station and a ventilation system.
