At the Cousseau hotel-restaurant, the Landes region takes pride of place on the menu. The Chef invites you to sample a regional cuisine based on local produce. 100% "home-made", if you please! In the dining room or on the terrace (there are two, both shaded), Delphine is in charge of service. She'll whet your appetite with either the daily menu, served at lunchtime on weekdays, or the à la carte dishes. Highlights include tête de veau with ravigote sauce, the Cousseau burger and entrecôte with blue cheese sauce.
