Néanmoins, par souci d'objectivité, je dois faire la remarque suivante concernant le plat du jour, servi ce mercredi midi, à savoir risotto aux crevettes. L'un des convives (nous étions 3) a trouvé ce risotto trop sec. Il eut été apprécié qu'il fût accompagné d'une sauce.
