At the helm is a small, friendly and enthusiastic team. Service is pleasant and efficient. The weekly menu is posted on Facebook. For example: poultry ballottine, tagliatelle and floating island, sautéed venison, spaetzle and vanilla éclair. Example of a weekend dish: sauerkraut. Hats off to Turquestein's Highlands meat burger.
