Since 1991, the Hostellerie du Prieuré in Saint-Quirin, run by the Soulier couple, is an excellent address. Here is an invitation to gourmandise and to the art of good eating. While Didier is busy behind the stove, Valerie works in the dining room. Here, cooking is an art, honoring all the treasures of Lorraine: pan-fried beef filet from Lorraine, rack of lamb from the Moselle meadows... As for the 3-star hotel, it offers a total of 8 comfortable rooms in a very contemporary style, one of which is suitable for disabled guests.

Cuisine raffinée et très bien assaisonné, petit bémol le service en salle (malheureusement une serveuse et une sommelière ne suffise pas pour le service recherché)

Grande fan de saint Jacques, habituellement dans d autre restaurant j ai soit une entré soit le plat, mais la j ai eu la chance d'avoir un menu saint Jacques complet, velouté, carpaccio, brochette, tous a la saint jacques. Cuisiné à merveille, en bonne quantité, la taille des saint jacques est impressionnante, fraîche du jour. Un pur bonheur. Dans un ambiance calme et cosy, avec une petite musique de fond agréable et apaisante. Ne regrette pas l arrêt, et compte bien y retourné.
