Volunteers and local players keep the tourist office going with events and shows throughout the year. Highlights include the Ascension Day festival, the International Hiking Festival, the Festival des Sept Roses (musical entertainment), the Barakozart festival and the Christmas market. The village is one of France's largest wooded districts, and there are many opportunities for hiking, horse-riding and mountain biking (Club Vosgien signposting). The GR5 trail, part of the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela, passes through the village.
