Restaurant in Sarrebourg offering traditional Lorraine and Alsatian cuisine, sauerkraut
In a rustic decor particularly well cared for, the Ami Fritz welcomes you in a good mood and conviviality. A good taste of fork is required to appreciate the traditional Lorraine and Alsatian cuisine offered here: frog legs, fresh snails and parsley butter, Krautergersheim sauerkraut, veal cordon bleu, stuffed cabbage and vegetable baeckeoffe... So many delicious specialties! This restaurant is an institution in the Sarrebourg landscape: it is strongly advised to make a reservation before coming.

Cette fois je vous conseille " le cochon bien élevé" ou " le boeuf au gros sel"
La nourriture (gambas en entrée, escalope en plat principal et crème brûlée en dessert) était unique et fantastique ! Les prix sont très justes.
