A practical, efficient and good restaurant, popular with families and groups thanks to its large dining room, offering home-cooked dishes.
Practical, efficient and good value. Parking is easy, and the fact that it's open every day, lunchtime and evening, often helps out when everything else is closed! This restaurant is popular with families and groups thanks to its large dining room. Ham and grilled meats have a loyal following. Pizzas and flambé - delicious by the way - can be taken to eat by the water in summer, or at home in winter. The weekly menu offers a choice of two dishes, made in-house with the finest ingredients. For dessert, we loved the pain perdu with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.
For the record, Maître Pierre has long been an institution in Sarrebourg. Originally, the Auberge de Maître Pierre was located in Hoff, and was both a restaurant and a zoo. Maître Pierre is the proud creator of the famous flame pie shells with braided edges. Today, the Maître Pierre bistro remains a family affair where culinary traditions endure.
