This walking loop starts at the edge of town from the Etang Lévêque leisure park. You'll cross the town along the banks of the Sarre, passing the site of the original Gallo-Roman bridge. In those days, the city was called Pons Saravi (Sarre bridge), and the district of Hoff evokes the ancient village of Der Hoff an der Saar (the farm on the Sarre). The walking route continues through the countryside and forest, offering a panoramic view of the Vosges mountains that gives meaning to the expression "the blue line of the Vosges".
