BOULANGERIE BUCCI
If there is only one reason to push the door of the Bucci bakery in Sarreguemines, it is for the famous Faïencier. A pastry that you won't find anywhere else because it was invented by the owner Dominique Bucci. And why is it appropriate to introduce this particular dish to a Moselle family? Because it contains all the flavours of the old Lorraine region. A sponge cake inspired by the madeleine from Commercy, a jellied layer of bergamot from Nancy, a light Mirabelle plum mousse from Metz and a chocolate tile on which is drawn the wall of the fountain in the Winter Garden of the Earthenware Museum in Sarreguemines. That's it, the whole family is convinced to go to the Bucci bakery?
