Strengthened by their success but limited by the size of their cellar at Château de Vaux, Marie-Geneviève and Norbert Molozay have acquired this new building in Scy-Chazelles. Dating from the end of the 19th century, it was used to house the army's cellars. Completely renovated, these 4,000m2 house certain vintages in the barrel cellar. The cellar is used for tastings and other events related to these biodynamic and organic appellations.
