Since 2005, he is in charge of the kitchen and his wife Émilie welcomes you and advises you. Driven by the passion of their job, they have surrounded themselves with an invested team. The cuisine is evolving, its flagship product, sweetbreads, a sensitive and delicate dish that requires mastery and accuracy. Of course, fish, vegetables and other pieces of meat are elegantly prepared in a spirit of refinement.

Ein wunderbarer Abend mit köstlichem Essen und ausgezeichnetem Wein. Die Desserts waren originell und gut, die Käseauswahl und Qualität umwerfend. Der Service war exzellent und das Timing perfekt. Preis/Leistung absolut korrekt. Auch das Ambiente hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
