Since 2005, he is in charge of the kitchen and his wife Émilie welcomes you and advises you. Driven by the passion of their job, they have surrounded themselves with an invested team. The cuisine is evolving, its flagship product, sweetbreads, a sensitive and delicate dish that requires mastery and accuracy. Of course, fish, vegetables and other pieces of meat are elegantly prepared in a spirit of refinement.

Wir haben einen tollen Abend dort verbracht. Das Essen war klassisch und superb. Der Service sehr freundlich. Normalerweise reden wir nicht über Preise, aber vom Wein bis zu den Speisen ist das äußerst fair kalkuliert und findet sich in Deutschland so nicht. Braucht keiner was anderes zu erzählen. So bleibt uns nix anderes festzulegen außer:
