Remarkable stones marked with the emblems of the Duke of Lorraine and the Count of Hanau, a surprising relic of Soucht.
Located on the border of the Meisenthal and Soucht districts, these three stones marked with the emblems of the Duke of Lorraine and the Count of Hanau are full of mystery. According to a local legend, it seems that these red sandstone blocks were used as tables during an epic hunting party between these two powerful lords, both named Pierre. These stones delimited their territory and marked a central point where duke and count met to feast, while remaining in their respective states. A surprising vestige that deserves to be seen.
