Gastronomic restaurant focusing on the quality of local products in Peyrehorade.
In this former 18th-century coaching inn, Le Central focuses on the quality of local produce: meats from local farmers and breeders, fresh vegetables from the Peyrehorade market, salmon and duck breast smoked in the restaurant's smokehouse, homemade foie gras terrine... The express menu offers excellent value for money. On the hotel side, there are 13 rooms and one suite with a private terrace (half-board available). The setting is refined.

Restaurant agréable service a l écoute très bon repas et bien copieux et tous produits de très bonne qualité tous viens des environs un vrai régale et prix raisonnable à revenir

La patronne et le serveur, un peu froids tout d'abord, se montrent ensuite, agréables et attentionnés.
Service impeccable. Le menu 1er prix à 19 € est très correct avec plusieurs choix possibles. Les plats sont assez copieux et bien cuisinés, avec le plus souvent des produits frais locaux.
Une étape à retenir, nous reviendrons.
