Since 1358, in the middle of the Middle Ages, the small town of Peyrehorade welcomes a traditional market under its halls. On Wednesday morning, between the middle of November and the middle of March, there was a fat market. Here you can buy fresh foie gras, but also chickens, partridge, duck duck, candied… In summer, don't miss the artisanal market that is traditionally organized and that allows you to find all the local products that make the southwest renown.
