What a magnificent name for a restaurant! And what a wonderful universal promise, for it is indeed Love of others, Love of the Earth, Love of products and producers that we are talking about here. A passionate duo committed to values that inspire us all, but which require constant commitment. We don't come across many Ecotable tables yet, because the specifications are so demanding. With a chef in the kitchen, we have a soft spot for her approach, and the expression of the flavors of her palate, combined with the quality of the service in the dining room, is top-notch!
