AUBERGE DU CRÈVE-CŒUR
Belonging to the Speck family for five generations, the Is inn is, before being a trade, a real history, heart and kitchen. It offers delicious local products: black sausage cooked in the two apples, filet of grilled wild tan, béarnaise sauce and decay of vitelotte… sublimated by a gastronomy which is still intended to be accessible. Rates are even adapted for young adults. The reception is smiling and the frame, on the heights of Thionville, is undoubtedly the big highlight of this hostel: The flowery gardens surround an establishment with a delicious hint of gourmandise. And let's say on the terrace that overlooks a sublime panorama on the second town of Moselle. Inside, barrels and a th-century press give the place an ancient and authentic character. For wine connoisseurs, Michel Speck, passionate about wine history, will make you discover his wine philosophy through internships.
