Horrible

My wife told the waiter that she is allergic to gluten and lactose and asked for a "tagliata" with no sides, no salt, no pepper, just the meat. When the meat came, it had a tomato on it, contrary to the instructions. Then, my wife had a doubt and asked the waiter whether the meat had been marinated. This was the case, but he just did not tell us! Hadn't my wife been so careful, she could have spent the night at the hospital or worse.
So we asked *the same waiter* for a seared salmon with no sides and nothing on the fish. It came with all sides and some stuff on the fish.
We decided to call it an evening and left. They made me pay for both the salmon and the tagliata, which we did not touch. When I complained, they told me it was my fault because we did not read the "pictograms" in the menu.
Rude and incompetent.
