Quant aux plats un pur bonheur . Le tartare de bœuf goûteux à souhait avec ses lamelles de pommes de terre fris et les gnocchis aux topinambours fumés avec ses noisettes grillées un régal pour les papilles !
Coté dessert la Pécan Pie une véritable merveille .

Mention spéciale pour les carottes violettes rôties, jaune d'oeuf mariné au top.
