MAISON PARIS
The Lesgourgues family works in the respect of the know-how of the founder of the Maison Paris in 1907. Recognized by the Collège Culinaire de France as a Quality Artisan Producer, this venerable company is in constant pursuit of good craftsmanship regarding the breeding of Label Rouge farmed mulard ducks and duck gras. The canned foie gras won a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris in 2019, while the whole foie gras cooked in a torchon won silver. These ducks can also be found on the markets.
