To find out what "spirit bistro" means, visit Jeanot's Bistro! Open from 9am in the morning, it has become in a short time the meeting place of the bon vivants, for a coffee, an aperitif with an Iberian sausage board (with or without cheese), to celebrate the arrival of the Beaujolais, to inaugurate a new beer à la manzana or a Chinese wine ! During the week, the market menu is perfect, always based on fresh products, French meats and poultry. A tasty veal blanquette served with rice, apple crumble and salted butter caramel, a delight. A la carte, poached organic farm egg, creamy Parmentier and fried fresh foie gras nuggets, butternut pan with PDO reblochon.... This former post is now revived thanks to the talent of Fred and Nath. The decoration is meticulous, between "industrial" modernity and the charm of yesteryear; a creation by Nath, a graphic designer by training. That said, take the pulse of Jeanot's Bistrot by tasting oysters and a glass of wine on Sunday morning, you will be charmed by the atmosphere of the place and the kindness of the owners.
