It all began with a small family charcuterie in Dax in 1947. From father to son, the recipe and know-how for mi-cuit foie gras were passed down. Lartigue became a true artisanal company, basing its reputation on the quality of its products. Très déçu de leur réaction qui avait pour seul but de se dédouaner sans se remettre en question sur l'impact de leur non signalisation importante des mots PASTEURISE et NON STERILISE.
C'était un essai. Peu concluant. je continuerai donc avec mon petit producteur Landais ,plus serieux et plus compréhensif.
