Nice address with terrace in Volmunster offering local products and menus

Precision, textures, flavors, put in score by the chef Jonathan Birkenstock. Very graphic, all in relief, the artist knows how to stage his plates. Local products are favored, their seasonality respected. The chef guides you with greed through his 5 or 7 sequence menus. Like any good address, the cellar is a treasure trove with beautiful bottles of wine but also with more than one hundred and twenty rums to warm up your palate as an aperitif or digestive. The decor is refined and the service is perfect!
