LE MOULIN ARNET
Since he took over the case in 1980, André Arnet has devoted himself entirely to the mill of Volmunster and to the production of artisanal meal. You can find bread and pastry, with or without gluten. The curious ones will dare the chestnut flour. But the invention of last date? The creation of a laboratory of noodles whose success with customers does not hide. And for the reason, the owner planned everything! A press, a drying cabinet installed in a summary room, is sufficient to produce high quality noodles. Their taste reminds us of the pasta of our grandmothers… No doubt, here is a mill whose wings are not ready to stop turning!
