FERME DE LA FORÊT
This farm is dedicated to raising dairy ewes for cheese processing. The farm produces delicious whole-milk yoghurts, plain or flavored, and cheeses. At the helm are Audrey Langbour and Emmanuel Houpert. The grandson of a farmer, Emmanuel took over the farm from his grandparents. For Audrey and Emmanuel, the most important thing is animal welfare. Their ewes graze in healthy meadows, free of weedkillers and enriched with manure. They are even involved in eco-pasturing on some of the village residents' land. Some of the farm's products are on sale at De mes Terres in Sarrebourg and Magasin Vert in Hommarting.
