In this traditional inn steeped in history, chef Aurélien Bellocq sublimates local produce. His stints with Michelin-starred chefs Jean Coussau in Magescq and Gérard Passedat in Marseille are no doubt no strangers to his commitment to restoring Chalossaise and Landaise cuisine to its closest expression of tradition. The "Tiap a nouste" menu is proof of this. And à la carte too! Apart from family meals and events, stop by during the week under the arbour with its flower-covered tables. Reservations recommended.
