C'est toujours très agréable de venir au Cheval Noir!

Un très bon moment au Cheval noir, où nous avons eu l'occasion de goûter au noix de St-Jacques poêlées à la fondue de poireaux accompagnés de nouilles fines, au filet de vœuf à la crème de morilles accompagné de quelques spaetzles et au tiramisu au caramel beurre salé et son crumble de spéculoos. Le goût était au rendez-vous. Les noix de St-Jacques était parfaitement cuites. Les saveurs se mariaient extrêmement bien. Et le caramel était incroyable.
