Since 2005, the company has been run by Christel Nex. In the workshop, ceramic craftsmen manufacture the beans. It is a talent that is increasingly rare. In fact, there are only two manufacturers of artisanal beans in France. For example, Nex's Nex company is one of them. The beans are therefore created and made by hand. It's about ten new collections that come into being every year. The workshop cannot be visited but you can find all the beans in the shop next door.
