It is not expected to find such a table in this small village in the heart of the Vosges countryside. And yet… what table! What a kitchen! What a welcome! From entrance to dessert we have been seduced by this fine, refined and tasty cuisine. For example, you will be able to taste Noix nuts from green pepper, from veal to morels and from profiteroles. These are carefully baked products and with sauces that excited the taste buds. You will surely come back and enjoy these delicious dishes at the corner of the fire. If your itinerary does not plan to take this beautiful country road, you will not be disappointed.

Très surprenante qualité de cuisine et de service dans ce restaurant. Ni le village loin de tout et tristounet, ni la maison d'apparences vétustes ne laissent imaginer la diversité de la carte -des plats comme des vins-, la qualité des plats et le professionalisme de l'accueil comme du service. Une bonne cuisine française, très soignée, digne des meilleurs restaurants de ville. "Le Moulin" est une énigme. On y retournera, c'est sûr, tenter de la percer.
