In the direction of the Thillot, you can't miss this beautiful residence with grey colours in the middle of nature with the mountain backdrop. Here, local specialities are the stars. During the season, from March to June, the amateurs are up to taste the famous legs of fresh frogs to Provence served with potato doughnuts and a Vosges salad. You'll appreciate the fried façon façon in a beer paste but also the head of the calf sauce gribiche, the mustard calf kidneys, the vosges steak, the pan of Saint-Jacques. They hare in front of the home fat liver with spices of shallot and figs, or the supreme of the pan-fried, fried foie gras with a fat-liver ice. In dessert, feuilleté the brimbelles with his English cream, his ice to the bilberries and his hot bilberries is a real treat. In the summer, the tables in the garden have Sunday's air in the countryside. Undoubtedly, happiness is in the meadow!

Not recommended. Icy welcome by the owner, musty smells, foie gras archi cooked, fried turned russet. Only Saint Jacques and kidneys were cooked at point. Even tart blueberry seemed to get a supermarket 1st price. Really disappointing.
We have been eating very well. The dishes are copious. I took the pan-fried foie gras and tartiflette with Munster. Very good!
The only downside: tartiflette did not feel quite the connection.
The service is pleasant and brisk.
