In 2021, Aude and Guillaume moved into this beautiful 19th-century residence in the heart of Roquefort. Like the building itself, the eight rooms are very spacious, as witness the charming 30 m² Compostellane room, with its king-size bed and private, very romantic shower room. A full continental breakfast is served in the dining room, unless you prefer to be served in bed or on the balcony. The restaurant is open (almost) every day, for lunch and dinner, and serves seasonal gourmet cuisine (reservations required).
