FERME POUTCHAS
Located in Saint-Agnet, in the Landes region, Ferme Poutchas is a foie gras producer offering a wide range of farmhouse products. The owners, Geneviève, Jean-Paul, Maria and Christian DOREILH, offer a warm welcome and present their specialties, including foie gras, magret fourré, duck neck stuffed with foie gras, aiguillettes roulées with foie gras, pâtés with foie gras and Espelette pepper, rillettes and confits. All these products are made from ducks raised and force-fed in the traditional way, in compliance with the farmhouse tradition and the Label Rouge canard fermier des Landes standard. La Ferme Poutchas also offers farm gift packs for individuals and works councils.
