Meet us at this eco-responsible coffee bar. Born of a passion and a successful reconversion, "Caféine" is the brainchild of Juliette and Bastien, both from Spinal. You'll find coffee, of course, served in a variety of ways thanks to Latte Art, but the coffee-shop also offers bagels, brownies, cookies, carrot cake... all made with local products from the Vosges. The menu changes with the seasons. Don't leave without sampling the famous cheesecake. On Sundays, the store opens its doors for gourmet brunches.

Au départ, c'était juste un café croissant sur une terrasse. Une place nous a été proposé, malgré les réservations, malgré nos croissants achetés ailleurs. Finalement, cela s'est fini en brunch des dimanches, avec un choix relativement conséquent. Tchaï latté excellent, café à l'ancienne pareil. Pancakes succulents. Seul regret : la planche de fromages mérite d'être un peu plus étoffé en variété. A part cette légère fausse note, c'est un bel endroit à découvrir.
