It's the first bouillon in the Vosges! Un bouillon offers simple, authentic home-cooked meals in a bistro atmosphere. Monsieur Bouillon recently opened a stone's throw from Épinal's covered market, in the premises of the former La Croix de Lorraine restaurant. The restaurant is a cross between a Parisian bouillon and a Lyonnais bouchon. In a cosy atmosphere, you can enjoy traditional French cuisine: potée lorraine, bœuf bourguignon, tripe, quenelles, boudins... And for dessert, profiteroles, for example. The restaurant is run by Yannick Wagon.
