A change of atmosphere for Épinal's former Capitainerie. The Émile Bonheur restaurant, formerly known as La Capitainerie, located on Épinal harbor, has changed ownership. The place now has the ambiance of a former waterside guinguette. On the menu, you'll enjoy quality dishes at affordable prices, including local dishes, Belle Époque salads and burgers.
