A juice bar has just opened its doors at the end of the Place de l'Âtre in Épinal. Piou-Piou is run by Karine Hayotte and Johan Berthelemy. The establishment also offers small-scale catering at lunchtime, and promotes the use of local produce. Piou-Piou offers all kinds of detox drinks: fresh fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies, as well as coffees. For a gourmet break, a snack bar offers hot sandwiches and salads at lunchtime. Fruit and vegetables are sourced from a local farm.
