Bistrot gourmand serves refined and modern dishes.
Le Bistrot Gourmand is first and foremost the story of a meeting between the English chef Mark Sweetman and his wife Laurence from the Vosges. The restaurant is located in a former canons' house. In the plate, the refinement and the modernism of the cooking proposed by the chef. At lunchtime, formulas are proposed to taste this culinary richness while generous gourmet frying pans can be tasted as a single dish. The chef has been a master restaurateur since 2010. Please note: the menu changes with the seasons.
