L'experience client que nous avons avec cette boutique est très décevante. J'y ai acheté une montre homme en mai 2017 qui n'a jamais fonctionné (la montre s'arrête, retarde etc.). Les personnes qui nous reçoivent mettent en doute notre bonne foi, elles prétendent que nous avons cassé la montre si c'était le cas et bien on le dirait en tant qu'adultes responsables. Aucune solution commerciale n'est proposée (échange de l'article par exemple...) sauf un devis en reparation évidemment, nous y sommes allés trop souvent (changement de la pile, contrôle de la montre au moins 6 fois depuis l'achat). Le contact est distant, froid, le directeur du magasin injoignable. 245€ laissé dans cette boutique à mon plus grand regret !
