The Chinese Tower is an integral part of Épinal's rich heritage. You will climb the 80 steps of its Italian staircase to discover the medieval garden of the castle which dominates the city. From there, you will have a beautiful panoramic view of the city of images. The building is part of a vast landscape created by Christophe Doublat in the early 19th century. The tower became the property of the city of Épinal in 1891. Thanks to its interior staircase, the tower linked its residential property to the park of the castle, which was then a private garden.
