Frequented by the students from the Ecole de l'image (Beaux-Arts), this small library is a true wonder, and this for lovers of ancient and contemporary art. It combines wonderfully indeed modernity (in design) and antiquity (with old exposed stones). At the heart of the museum, on the first floor, there are more than 2,500 books. This library also has an interesting collection of old books that concern archaeology, numismatics, popular imagery. Many recent works books also offer a fairly complete picture of ancient and contemporary artistic creation, as well as the history of Vosges and Lorraine.

Personnel très gentil.Un très bon moment !
Des œuvres archéologiques datant de la Préhistoire au rez-de-chaussée jusqu'à des installations d'art contemporain à l'étage (dont la célèbre pièce avec des néons verts qui nous font voir la vie en rose) dans un bâtiment à l'architecture bien pensée (dôme verrière).
Ne pas manquer le tableau de Georges De la Tour ni ceux de Claude Gellée dit le Lorrain, ni la compression de César.
