Here you can taste the products of the farm concocted with taste: gourmet plate of chalosse (rillettes, foie gras, chorizo, roast duck, duck ham, etc.), rillettes, garbure, duck or goose confit, duck ribs, without forgetting Danièle's specialities with foie gras: whole goose or duck foie gras, fresh pan-fried foie gras!
