FERME D'HAZA
Ferme Auberge de l'Haza is a traditional duck farm located in Saint-Aubin, in the Landes region of France. Benoît Justes perpetuates the family know-how, respecting the recipes and methods handed down by his parents and grandparents. Visitors can sample typical dishes such as garbure, pâtés, rillettes, foie gras, confits and duck breasts in a spacious farmhouse inn offering panoramic views over the farm. Advance reservations are recommended, as the garbure requires a long cooking time. The Ferme-Auberge is part of the Tourisme Gourmand des Landes network, which promotes local products and short supply chains. Chef Benoît Justes offers traditional French regional cuisine.
