FERME D'HAZA

Ferme Auberge de l'Haza is a traditional duck farm located in Saint-Aubin, in the Landes region of France. Benoît Justes perpetuates the family know-how, respecting the recipes and methods handed down by his parents and grandparents. Visitors can sample typical dishes such as garbure, pâtés, rillettes, foie gras, confits and duck breasts in the spacious farmhouse inn, offering panoramic views over the farm. Advance reservations are recommended, as the garbure requires time to simmer.
