Un menu à l’aveugle, qui peut s’adapter en fonction des intolérances ou convictions (végétarien & vegan pour le menu en 4 temps). La cuisine est surprenante, subtile et gourmande. Les produits sont frais, c’est délicieux.
L’accord des boissons est appréciable pour ne pas gâcher les saveurs.
Bref une petite pépite qui a ravi nos papilles !
