L'originalité de la carte nous a amené à pousser la porte de ce restaurant. On y propose notamment un faux filet au munster ou une truite au myrtilles. Le cadre est moderne, avec du bois, du mobilier blanc et des petites tables carrées, nappées de rouge, mais bien trop proches les unes des autres pour permettre une certaine intimité. Hélas, l'accueil manque de chaleur et les plats de consistance et qualité.

Inégal. Mon compagnon y a été avec un copain et a été très content.
Nous y sommes donc retournés mais avons été vraiment très déçus et avons très mal mangé... Nous n'y retournerons certainement pas!

Déçu du cadre général. Déjà niveau odeur, cest désagréable ! ça sent la cuisine dans la montée d'escalier (odeur de munster ou autre). Niveau propreté, ca laisse à désirer ! La preuve en photo. Le papier peint du plafond qui est décollé, la moisissure et j'en passe. Niveau confort c'est pas mieux ! Matelas d'une autre époque. Oreiller pas confortable etc... Les draps et housses dépareillé. A croire qu'on fait le ménage vite fait bien fait ! Le petit déjeuner ne mérite pas son prix. Peu de choix et les croissants au goût industriel c'est pas top.
En tout cas je ne conseille pas du tout cet hôtel. Il mérite pas ses 2 étoiles à mon goût !

The exterior is attractive, as well as a simple menu of the menus but with what to find according to are desire. The welcome is friendly, the clean rooms.
For the rest, BOF. I express doubts on the origin of the duck terrine " maison" who oddly resembles the version supermarket business ......... to judge, freshness ....... without comments. The only meet that I had, " there is a little too liver to your taste? Me I ate some yesterday and it was still good, perhaps it had a bit of warmth. (9° outside and we are in January) For the more I at the cafe to you. but I (paid my terrine" maison"). Suite of the meal steak with pepper. See photo (no special effects) that it is very orange. Chef of trade, it is a big first for me, pepper sauce with orange colour. Good point, trout with almonds from my wife, with a filling in quantity.

return from a we on Gerardmer, half pension with small Did Not Swell, exceptional welcome, preoccupations or with a stress, despite our mishaps of we family Swell allowed us for a wonderful we, panne service crutches, humour, good food, fine wines, the very original and very clean, nothing is missing, thank you for all we think of going as quickly as possible and each of our future passages on Gerardmer will be completed in Swell... still thank you for all, and tart blueberry a delight!

Foie gras: a delight, filet de sole finely prepared, dish of grilled meat matching served with delicious vegetables (at least 4 choices) and the crumble as mirabelle plums served with its ice ........... a marvel as simplicity and so good. Cooking are controlled (contrary to channels restaurants that I will not mention .....)
