The restaurant La P'tite Sophie located in the heart of the city of Gérardmer is a pleasant place. The "bistronomic" menu is designed and created on the spot by Jean Frédéric Leonhard, former brigadier of the kitchen team of Les Jardins de Sophie and now head chef of this chic bistro. We love the crème brûlée with Vosges sweets. The place embodies the fantasy and the mischievous spirit of its chef. The atmosphere is cosy and warm and the decoration. In summer, you will be able to enjoy the tasting of your dishes outside thanks to the terrace.

Merci pour votre commentaire, cependant il est bon de vous préciser que ce n'est pas une crème anglaise industrielle mais bien faite maison, effectivement la consistance n'est pas la même.
