LE LAC
«The lake of Gérardmer in its beautiful valley enchants us in the shadows and laughs at the awakening.» It is a pure diamond under the starry arch, it is an exquisite pearl to the kisses of the sun, dixit Hugo, brother of the famous poet. Located at an altitude of 660 m, it extends over 115.5 ha and 2.2 km long, making it the largest natural lake in the Vosges massif. Its depth can reach 38 m; it attracts many estivants because the water temperature can rise up to 25 degrees and the Union Nautique allows swimming under surveillance; slides, plunges, beaches and games are very attractive. For sports enthusiasts, you can enjoy activities such as canoeing, pedal boats, small motorboats and many more. It is also possible to tour the lake on foot in 1:15 a. m. while enjoying the green beauty surrounding you.

Il y a, en générale, beaucoup de monde mais cela n’empêche pas de passer un très bon moment.
Gérardmer étant une ville touristique il y a beaucoup d'activités à faire à proximité.
