LYCÉE DES MÉTIERS DE L'HÔTELLERIE ET DE LA RESTAURATION JBS CHARDIN

The Lycée des Métiers de la Restauration et de l'Hôtellerie is a vocational school located in Gérardmer. It offers training in the hotel and catering trades, including courses such as Bac techno STHR, BTS MHR, Bac pro Cuisine, Bac pro commercialisation et service en restauration, Bac pro Boulanger pâtissier, MC Barman and MC Traiteur. The Lycée also has application restaurants where students can put their culinary and service skills into practice. The school also organizes "savoir faire" workshops where participants can attend live classes with teachers and leave with their own creation.
