Expo Forest allows you to discover the whole universe of forest and wood. You can discover the industrial sites of the timber industry, its various professions and its know-how. You will meet a woodcutter who will talk to you about his profession, but especially his passion. Next, you will visit a modern sawmill and an old Iron mill. You will also be able to assist during the tour of thread demonstrations, schlittage (traditional use in the Vosges mountain, kind of wooden sled with light and fairly flexible reinforcement) and horse longshore.
